Due to business growth, we wish to recruit an After-Sales Coordinator to deal with our ever expanding Service and After-sales clients. We offer the opportunity to join an established UK organisation as part of a dedicated technical support and project management team, focusing on delivering service and after-sales support.

Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to our existing clients, responding to a high volume of requests for warranty, Inspection, maintenance service and parts orders.
  • Ensuring timescales and deadlines are met
  • Raising supplier purchase orders
  • Liaising with sub-contractors
  • Arranging delivery logistics
  • Raising clients invoicing
  • General administrative tasks including phone calls, processing incoming post, filing, general consumable orders.

In order to be successful in the role of Project Coordinator you must:

  • Have strong organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have strong numerical skills and capabilities
  • Have a pro-active and energetic nature
  • Have the willingness to take ownership of tasks, problems and queries
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload
  • Must be I.T Literate – MS Office/ Intermediate in Excel

We offer the opportunity to join an established UK organisation as part of a small, dedicated technical support and project management team, focusing on delivering contracts on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service, dealing with any issues which arise
  • Inputting orders
  • Ensuring timescales and deadlines are met
  • Raising supplier purchase orders
  • Liaising with sub-contractors
  • Raising stock receipts and issuing notes
  • Arranging delivery logistics with freight forwarder/getting shipping schedules
  • Arranging payments with clients and invoicing
  • General administrative tasks including filing, updating the stock register and responsibility for the petty cash
  • Arranging project closure meetings and project completion summaries

 In order to be successful in the role of Project Coordinator you must:

  • Have experience within a similar Project Coordinator/Assistant role
  • Have strong organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate

JUNIOR DESIGNER VACANCY

Owing to business growth Miracle Design and Play wish to recruit a Designer to produce our bespoke play solutions for our various clients across the UK and Europe.

You will be joining an established UK organisation with the back-up of a dedicated internal sales, technical support and design team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Working in conjunction with the UK sales and support team, turning their design briefs and requests into exciting and innovative designs proposals.
  • Accurately costing design requests using our bespoke CRM project management system
  • Produce 3D visuals and graphical illustrations for our clients.
  • Formalise and prepare tender documents for submission to clients.
  • Produce technical specifications to guide our installation teams whilst on-site.
  • Produce marketing material and product literature.

Person Specification:

  • We require a driven individual with a can do attitude, they will also need a creative eye, to be a team player and have a flexible approach to their work.
  • The successful candidate should have CAD experience, preferably AUTOCAD and 3DS Max or similar, but not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
  • This role incorporates compilation of quotes, therefore numeracy and accuracy would be considered essential skills.
  • Experience of play area design and the associated safety standards would be advantageous, but full training can be provided so not essential.

We wish to recruit a Project Manager with experience within the construction market. We offer the opportunity to join an established UK organisation as part of a small, dedicated technical support and project management team, focusing on delivering contracts on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

 Project Management

  • Manage projects coming into the office and report to the Director on progress via weekly meetings – highlighting any foreseen problems.
  • Work with design to ensure any problems with costings are addressed.
  • To have full responsibility for all technical queries that come into the office.
  • Manage project protocol by ensuring all communications to clients and contractors going out of the office are consistent.
  • Liaise internally and with the client to ensure that every project runs smoothly and quickly to completion and sign off.

Site Management

  • To manage all live sites, visiting sites to survey before or during installation as necessary.
  • Management of sub-contractors and liaising with the Director with reference to all expected or additional costs incurred on site.
  • To attend sign off meetings at site with customer and sub-contractors.
  • To ensure Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Site Visit Reports are completed for each and every site. 

The ideal candidate will have following skills:

  • Construction related project management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Organised with a structured approach to work and able to effect and manage change when required.
  • Financially and commercially astute with an ability to understand job margins, costings and profit/loss project by project.
  • Able to take ownership and multi task, both in the office and on site.
